How do I open the lock?

Turn on Instructions and follow each step. Tap Open to watch the complete sequence.

Why doesn't the lock open?

Stop right on each number. One number off, and the lever's fence rests on a wheel's rim instead of dropping into its gate. Turn on X-Ray to see which wheel is off, then dial the combination again from the first step.

How do I change the code?

Tap the combination at the top left, then choose your own code or generate a random one.

What does X-Ray do?

It hides the outer housing and makes the dial and shackle translucent, so you can see the mechanism.

What does Lock view do?

It holds the viewing angle. You can still turn the dial, use the shackle and zoom. Reset view is in the top-right menu.

Why is there no sound?

Mechalock respects Silent Mode. Check the iPhone's silent setting and volume. Haptic feedback needs a supported iPhone.
